Create A New Ticket

How to create a ticket.

1. Open on myTickets from myTourplan.
2. Click on New Ticket.
3. From the drop down select - how we can help….
   1. General Tourplan Support.
   2. Tourplan Version Upgrade.
   3. Refresh Test Data.
   4. Supplier Connectivity Support.
4. Complete the form. The form fields update from the selection you made above…
5. Enter a detailed Description for your request, include as much information as you can, and where possible add attachments.

6. Click Submit.
